NEWS

The capacity of our translation company, AbroadLink, to offer a wide range of linguistic combinations and specialities is possible thanks to our collaboration with hundreds of freelance translators. Our new blog category, Translator portraits, will help our customers to learn more about many of the people behind their translations. In accordance with our transparency policy, we want to give our customers the opportunity to get to know some of the translators who have worked on their texts. We also want to support and provide media exposure to our colleagues to further their careers and help them to thrive in a highly competitive market.

Translator portraits will follow the interview format

We have selected the interview format to present the translators and to provide them with a more personal platform on our translation blog. Interviews will address professional issues, but they will also give us the opportunity to learn about translators and their professional career in a more personal manner.

Jean-Marie Le Ray: a multi-talented translator and interpreter

The first translator we will meet under the “Translator portrait” section is Jean-Marie. A highly experienced translator who is specialises in web marketing and content. Jean-Marie’s vision of the translation market is based on 35 years of experience and can serve as an inspiration to many other translators. His proposal about how to address the translation of web content is also interesting, and may be unknown to many content marketing professionals.
